Refund policy
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used lash kits and lash products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at lasheditco@gmail.com, or via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
